I started my career in the insurance industry with State Farm in my Junior year of High School in 2001. In 2010, I began working at Melba Ballard State Farm Insurance Agency. As the office manager, my main focus is on customer relations, training new team members, and helping team members execute more complicated customer changes. I hold Insurance licenses in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty. On my days off, I love spending time with my daughter, biking, and going to concerts.

Born and raised in Florida, I started my insurance career in 1993 with State Farm Insurance. Alejandra Rueda is a bilingual account representative at Melba Ballard office for over a decade, Florida licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health. Additionally, she has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Alejandra’s main purpose is to build strong customer relationships. She goes above and beyond to help customers to protect their lives and assets. She is happy to be part of a professional team with the same values and work ethics. Alejandra is proudly from Quito, Ecuador, and has lived in Weston, Florida for the past 20 years. She is deeply devoted to her son Matias. They love to spend time together playing basketball, tennis, and building beautiful memories. Her family is the most important and valuable gift she has.

 Maritza has been a State Farm representative since 2011 with the Melba Ballard Agency, helping families find the proper way to protect their lives and assets. She enjoys being a good neighbor and helping the community, by providing financial and insurance knowledge. Julie Ann has been with our State Farm office for over 15 Years.  With over 30 years experience as a customer service representative she handles all aspects of Auto, Home, Life and Health insurance, making sure that our customers receive a timely response to their questions and service needs. Born and raised in South Florida, Julie Ann loves spending time with her family & friends and taking extra special care of all her fur babies! She is true inspiration to our team!

I started my insurance career in my hometown of Philadelphia, PA in 1967, but moved to Broward County, FL in 1977. At Melba Ballard State Farm Insurance Agency, I help our customers manage their accounts through proof of losses; repairs or lowering their insurance costs since 2018. I currently hold my General Lines Auto, Property & Casualty, and Life, Health insurance licenses. I focus on customer service and work to meet their needs with my attention to detail and efficiency. In my spare time, I like to read, do bible studies, and spend my time at church.

I have been a part of the Melba Ballard State Farm Insurance Agency since April of 2019. I started with the team as a junior in high school. Being part of such a great team makes coming to work fun and enjoyable. Currently, I am attending Broward College working on getting my Associates’ Degree in General Studies. I look forward to transferring to UCF or FAU to do my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and majoring in Marketing. I’m proudly Venezuelan and Curacaoan and I’ve lived in Coral Springs, FL since 2016. When I am not working you can find me singing, modeling, or at a concert… music is my biggest passion. My name is Tatyana Podmankova. I was born and raised in Kazakhstan, in a small town where everyone knew each other. After graduating high school, I attended the Moscow State University Of Foreign languages. While there, I studied English and German as my second and third language, receiving my Bachelor’s degree. Because of the nature of my studies, I received a contract to come to The United States to work. Once here, I fell in love with the diversity of this country and I decided this is where I want to live and grow. I started my insurance career with health insurance in 2017, from there I moved to State Farm, a company that has proven to be the strongest insurance company in the industry, in 2018! I am licensed in the State of Florida with a 220 General Lines License and a 215 Life and Health License. What excites me the most about my work is making a difference in peoples’ lives. There is no greater gift than a person’s smile and appreciation. I hope to continue to make a difference in people’s lives and have their interests in mind at all times with the help of State Farm!
